Esther Roemmele thrives on challenges. She’s approachable and brings a keen eye for detail combined with strategic thinking. Her previous work experiences drive her to deliver exceptional customer service and create a seamless customer experience. In her dual role, Esther primarily serves as the Canadian Director of Operations, where she manages the day-to-day functions of the business. This includes understanding and supporting the needs of our advisors, collaborating with Canadian supplier partners, and ensuring compliance with all travel industry regulations.
In addition, Esther oversees our Member Services teams across Canada and the United States. As the first point of contact for members, her department is focused on timely responses, handling inquiries via phone and email, and continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency—all in pursuit of delivering outstanding service.
